Project Description:

PDG partnered with Parkeray as lead designers on this brand new tenant roof terrace and bar within the British Lands Broadgate campus.
 
Working in a live building, we undertook the conversion of an unused roof space area and implemented the client's Stage 4 brief under a Design and Build Contract.
 
Overcoming some significant design challenges which included redefining the building fire strategy, extending a live lift shaft and developing robust finishes and details solutions to survive the extremes of the British Climate, the project has successfully provided the building tenants with a green space with stunning views into the City of London and Canary Wharf.
